Guerra sworn in as representative for 95th House District

LANSING — State Rep. Vanessa Guerra (D-Saginaw) was sworn in officially today as representative for the 95th House District for the 2019-2020 legislative session. The swearing-in ceremony marked the formal opening of Michigan’s 100th Legislature. In response, Rep. Guerra issued the following statement:

“Michigan families deserve leaders who put their interests above the profits of big corporations or wealthy special interests. I am ready to get to work with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to attract good-paying jobs, protect the integrity of our elections, and make sure our government is working for the people it is meant to serve.”
